• Challenge: A real estate builder of luxury homes wanted to target high net worth individuals as part of their promotional campaign as part of their project launch. Since the homes were aimed at the discerning buyer, they wanted to provide marketing collateral and sales promotional material to qualified buyers alone. Given that the costs of providing the materials were fairly high, they wanted to avoid spending money on buyers they believed would not be able to afford the homes.

  • Solution: Leveraging Vangal's consumer demographic database including age, gender, location and net worth information, we created a profile match with 23 different characteristics that defined the ideal buyer for the homes.

  • Results:Targeting a narrow audience who owned a business in specific industries such as finance, banking and entertainment in the Vangal database, the company was able to send customized proposals to over 1823 individuals, instead of generic advertising on luxury magazines.
